Easy Drinking All-Grain Recipe
This variation on BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde was my first all-grain batch.

Very easy to make and very easy to drink.

7.00 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM)
0.75 lb Carapils (Briess) (1.5 SRM)
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM)
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (55 min)
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (20 min)
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (5 min)
0.50 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15.0 min)
1.00 tsp Yeast Nutrient (Boil 15.0 min)
1.00 pkg German Ale/Kolsch(WLP029) Yeast

Mash at 154° F for 60 minutes.
Double Batch Sparge to achieve pre-boil volume.

Make sure to do a 90 minute boil to avoid DMS.
