Default Mash out temp/volume question

I want to mash out my cream ale today, but cant figure out how much water and what temp to do it at in my Beer Tools. I have 10 lbs of grain and will mash in with 3.125 gallons of water. Any help with actual amounts/temps or how to figure it out in Beer Tools?

Diamond Head Brewery (DHB)

Carboy #1: Tallgrass Talcyon Wheat
Carboy #2: Full Sail Amber Clone
Carboy #3: Graff
In the Hole: Keg #5: Citra Pale Ale

Keg #1: Darth Vader (Black IPA)
Keg #2: Smash Ale
Keg #3: Amayson Saison
Keg #4: Citra Pale Ale
