Looks pretty damn tasty. In order to let the hop flavor come through I'd go with US-05. Nice, clean yeast with very little esters. If you want slightly more esters, go with Notty. If you like esters, use S-04 (which actually goes really well with American C hops, especially in Pale Ales and IPAs)
