Real simple recipe, it's my first wine experiment so I thought simple would be better. Planned on a 3 gal recipe, but it's closer to 5. I wanted to make a blackberry wine, but there were no frozen berries to be found without paying $$$$.
10 lbs. Frozen Blueberries
2 lbs. Fresh Blackberries
8 lbs. sugar
71b-1122 Lalvin Yeast
1 Tsp Yeast nutrient
Added about 1.25 gallons of water
OG is around 1.122, should finish around 13% or so and hopefully semi-sweet
Only 5 days in, so we'll see how it goes
