Almost ready to pitch a batch from Austin. Great session beer and what I've got in the cabinet runs from a 8.2% Farm ale to 15.5% blackberry wine. So, I though I'd give it a crack.

Mash @ 155F for 45 min.

1.5 oz. Fuggles @ 60

OG 1.036 TFG 1.012
The mash temperature ran too low towards the end. I started the mash outside and moved it inside. Wouldn't fit in the oven, so I put it on top and I think the over-temperature sensor shut the burner off while I was on the dogwalk. Not a problem with so much extract and a low attenuation target.
