Just got this month's issue of Brew Your Own. They show the systems of the Beer Gods. Charlie Papazian's setup includes plastic buckets and a milk crate. His rig looks nearly as cobbled together as mine ! That's great to know.
If one of the higher Gods of the Beer Pantheon chooses to brew with such a simple system, perhaps there's hope for us mere mortals.

That's funny that Papazian was featured in BYO. Isn't he on the Zymurgy team?

Got mine today.... there is an interesting article on priming with Krausen. I know that Kiaser does this sometimes.

This one has " The ABC's of Homebrewing" on it. There were some reall good articles in it.

Frankly, I was a little disappointed with this issue...and only 4 recipes?? Oh well, I'll probably renew anyways.

Just got mine yesterday. I liked the article about water. I didn't know you could treat chloramines with campden tablets!.
