FERMENTING: Heady Topper Clone?
CONDITIONING: 40 gallons KBS clone in a Jim Beam Barrel (since 11/24/12)
DRINKING: Smoked Robust Porter, Orange Coriander Pale Ale #5
THINKING: first foray into lagers?

Since a noob used an acronym, I have to ask.

I keep seeing this "oops" What does "OOPS" mean?

Only One Perfect Stout?

Ornery Ogre Plays Saxaphone?

Otters Obviously Prefer Sweaters?

I don't know either.

haha! i guess a little newbie-ribbing is in order. i posted a question about lager yeast, but found the answer to my question in the faqs... I think. it's just taking longer than usual for this brew I've got to really get going on the fermenting - but I've never done a lager so perhaps it takes longer to get into full-swing than an ale? I've successfully brewed a handful of great ales - but this is my first lager.
