I got a super nice Fermentation going with my malty Ale. It was exactly 5.5 gal. in a 6.5 gal. carboy at 65 degrees Farenheit. The original gravity was at 1.053. I had siphoned off some yeast into a 1000 ml eyrlenmier flask and re-pitched! The photos are at 40 hours after pitch.
I just thought this was cool because I've never had this happen before.
