Actually, I believe he's brewing Jamil's version (or a permutation thereof). If I can manage, I'll do the trad-style Wee Heavy on Monday afternoon using the 70/- cake.

Thanks all for stopping by. It was a good day. Little hop sludge clogging issue at the end but we still were very close on OG and volume...1.097 and 4.5 gallons. Should make for a nice Wee Heavy.
