On the left is mine and on the right Sam Adams. The taste is pretty close but mine has a sweeter finish. The sam is a bit hoppier and more amber colored

1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min) Hops 24.1 IBU
1.00 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.00 %] (15 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -

I was trying to figure out how you got a head that looked so thick, then I saw that you used a massive four pounds of wheat. I have yet to have SA's winter warmer, but the comparison is nice. That head just looks so thick...

My pour had a little to do with the thickness as well
