I can't remember if I've asked before, but I did some searches and couldn't find one. Thanks - Dwain

Shecky,
Thanks. Have you made this before? Also, a couple of questions:
I do a bastardized "no chill", I normally wait to pitch for a couple of days until the wort cools down, then ferment for 10 days to 2 weeks. Should I add the hops when I pitch or wait until I'm about a week away from secondary?
I'm making a 10 gal. batch, should it scale OK?
Thanks again - Dwain

I've not made it, but I am planning on it probably in the spring. That's for a 5 gallon batch so it will scale fine. Just double everything.
I think your other question is about dry hopping. It's a bit confusing, but I'd just dry hop as normal.

FYI, I made this back in November. It was very excellent. Thanks for the recipe, Shecky
