Default Question on Crystal Malt

I have some leftover 40L and 120L crystal malt. I'm making a recipe that calls for .5 lbs of 80L. Is it possible to use .25 lbs of 40L and .25 lbs of 120L as a replacement? Thanks!!

The color may work out the same, but the flavor wont be the same. Depending on what you are brewing I'd say go for it.

Could be better - the 120 would add a bit of toffee flavor (vs caramel of the 60 and 40). You never know until you try!
