The part about the bitter receptors on the back of the tongue is really cool and man it really makes a difference! Cover shake and sniff for hops!
I love it. I am from the coffee world so I can appriciate how she simplified it. I also tried my first (three) wine tastings on friday. I have to say, I am quite excited about expanding my knowledge of the speacialty beverage industry.
