Default General Branden O's Graff question.....

Just started my graff and had a few questions....

after the 2 week fermentation do I just rack to second carboy and cold crash?

Should i rack directly into the keg ill be using instead?

Is the cold crash necessary?

When letting the graff age does it matter if I have it in the fridge or should it be room temp (about 70 F) ?

Again thanks in advance!

I think you take gravity readings till it stops fermenting, then you rack off into a bottling bucket if you are bottling or into a keg. No need to cold crash just check gravity reading for a few days to see if it has stopped.
