Default Beginner Cider

I am fairly new to making cider and was wondering what some methods were for sweetening the cider up for bottling. I am just using yeast and was wondering what could be added to sweeten the cider without having the yeast eat all of it. Any suggestions?

just click on the search button and type in backsweetening cider, or sweetening cider..this has been covered many many times here.
