I have some extra wort from today's Belgian Tripel Mash.
I also Have some top cropped wyeast 3787 from the last batch of NB Patersbier
Put 'm together for a pitch? What d'ya say? I'm new to top cropping. Supposedly its extremely viable yeast. I was thinking about taking all of the top crop, adding it to the pre-boiled extra wort (1.025 ish) and pitching into the tripel batch as a real wort starter.
