Hi, I'm new to brewing and am starting with a hard cider. I put in the campden tablets today to kill off the wild yeast, but i didn't crush them first. Is it ok to just leave them in or should I try to fish them out and crush them?

If the tabs aren't dissolved, you should probably fish them out or use a stick or something to mangle them up.

Maybe you can use these Grain, Hops, Yeast Reference Charts

crush em, using two spoons, or the flat side of a butter knife.
Primary: English Mild
On tap: Pale Ale, Lancelot's Wheat, English Brown Ale, Steam Beer, HoovNuts IPA
Bottled: MOAM, Braggot, Raspberry Melomel, Merlot, Apfelwein, Pyment, Sweet mead, Cabernet
