Default Summit Hops

I was admiring these on a IBU chart, noticing they were the bitterest hops out there by far.

I'm curious if anyone has brewed with them. Are they good for bittering, aroma? What sort of flavors do they contribute? Etc.

The Toronado had a Summit Hop Summit in July, all Summit Hop IPAs. Guess the buzz is there. I haven't brewed with it myself, but I had a couple of these, all great!

OSU has a new one that is topping 20% with low Cohumulone levels. Should be in the field in another 2-3 years.
