Hi guys,

I've put together a 3 PART instructional video on YouTube on how to brew Brandon O's Graff. Apologies for all video and brewing mistakes upfront LOL

http://www.youtube.com/user/msheridan69

Hope you find it educational/entertaining

Cheers,
Martin

Not bad at all! Looks like you have some killer graff on the way. I noticed you switched between C and F quite often on temps. You'd say 65 degrees then 170, which I know is C and F but it might be a bit confusing to the newbz. Not really a major problem tho, good video and very informative! Keep us posted w/the results.

Cheers cvstrat! Positive feedback makes it all worth while

Yeah - I'm looking forward to drinking the Graff alright - its only been 12 hours and the airlock is going mental, and my garage smells awesome.

I'll keep in mind your comment with the temperature conversions - I must say I was confused at times, especially with the whole Imperial to Metric conversion for everything, ounces to grammes, pounds to kilos, fahrenheit to celcius, and even lovibond to ebc - it wasn't easy keeping track LOL

Anyway, I hope newbies and seasoned pros both enjoy, and more to come soon...

Well, the first problem I see is that you give kudos to Craig tube!!! WTF?!?!?!

Seriously, people give Craig a hard time on here, but I enjoy his videos and would definitely sit down and have a beer with the guy. I've brewed a Coopers cerveza kit already and have a Sparkling Ale kit to brew in a couple of weeks.

Glad to see you here on the site and thanks for the videos! Stick around, this is a great place to learn more about the brewing process.

Hmm, this gets me thinking. My Graff supply IS running kind of low...

Just wanted to say, Thank You very much....i've collected the ingredients, but have been procrastinating on making it being nervous of my first stove top brew....having a better understanding of this makes it much easier, i'll have this in the fermenter by the weekend. Cheers..

Thanks guys !!! the thought of Graff certainly does whet the appetite!

Sorry to hear about the loss of your demijohn Cazamodo, and especially your brew

The temps are picking up over here (22-30C over the next week) so I'm a bit worried that my Graff might spoil. I've got a fan going beside the fermenter but I doubt it will be enough. I think it may be time to construct a cooler for my fermenters... "now where can I find some of that pink insulation board?"

Laterz

Hey just watched the videos, very nicely done and I did not get too confused between F/C. I'm just not used to it.
If you got a plastic storage bucket you can get away with a little water, some ice frozen in jugs, and a tee shirt to keep the temperature in check.
Best of luck.
