Hallertauer or Styrian Goldings.
Just a choice between these two. I have a ton of all three items and need to start using them up.
Also, I was thinking about toasting some of the malt and perhaps crystalizing some as well since I make my own roasted and crystal malts. What do you think? Is this pushing the envelope too far on the SMaSh concept?
On Tap: 1. Kelly R. IPA, 2. Roter Hund Hefeweizen, 3. Bud Killer Blonde, 4. Red Dog Pale, 5. Roter Hund Oktoberfest, 6. Pumpkin Ale, 7. McRed's Stout (with new nitro system and stout tap,) Cream Soda, 8. ESB # 3, & 9. Ordinary Bitter.
