Default A recipe here on HBT (Haus Pale)

http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/bee-...ale-ale-31793/

I had found this simple recipe here on HBT.....and i've brewed it twice. I've had nothing but compliments on the brew. So for those of you who can never get the BMC drinkers to like the home brew, I know this one will be attractive to most.

It tastes nothing like a BMC, but its mild enough to be appealing to your friends who are into the un-employment beers (natti light, keystone lights, etc)......I know it was to my BMC drinking friends.

My mother used to work in Payson middle school. She kicked me out and I've been my own since I was 14.

FWIW Ed Wort has some connections to Utah County. (and I think I live in beer hell!)

Well man, that sucks....but at least you're well off enough to be brewing beer, so something good came of it.

What kind of connections does Ed Wort have to the UC?

That was some time ago (1985.) My mom is in some plig group now but she is nicer to me. All is forgiven, but not forgot.

I think Ed has lived in Provo.
