So I have a leftover S-33 starter that I made a few days ago due to some paranoia about my WLP - Trappist not starting quickly (I guess im a bit impatient). I was wondering if anyone knew any good styles or recipes that would use this yeast. I don't really want to do anything super complicated, maybe an extract batch or something (kind of burnt out on all grain for at least a few weeks), any thoughts.
