How long will it stay good? I have a factory sealed bag that has no expiration date on it.

Indefinately, as long as its sealed in something air tight.

I used to buy large amounts of it, and if I opened it and did not double bag it I found it could turn into a solid rock. Ever had to use a chisel on your sugar?
Otherwise, it can last forever.
In Primary: Belgium Chimay clones.
In Secondary: Braggot, pale ale, end of the world white.
Conditioning: Mead, Cider, braggot, Belgium Wheat.
On Tap: Clones, Chimay Blue, Red, Porter, malted cider.
Bottles: Far, far, too many to list.
