Default danby resistor mod PLEASE HELP!

I have been reading about the resistor mod for the danby fridge where a 33k resistor is added to the temp sensor. The prob i am having is i dont know how to wire it in? Has anyone done this or know how to do this that can help guide me through to a nice cold pour

I did it. It ended up being very simple. I think I've actually got a 100k ohm resistor in there now because the 33k actually made it too cold. Here is a good forum for this topic, complete with pictures and links to other similar discussions. Good luck!

I thought I replied to this but apparently I'm not as smart as I think I am. I have done this mod and it was very easy. Here's a link to a thread complete with pictures.

I ended up going the 100k ohm resistor route because 33k was actually too cold. Good luck and I'm sure you'll have cold beer soon!

I've tried to respond to this twice, but my reply hasn't shown up. I must be missing something. Anyway, assuming this gets through, check out this thread:

I've done the mod and it was weirdly easy. I ended up going with a 100k ohm resistor because the 33k was too cold. Good luck and happy soon-to-be-cold beer!
