Default finally hit target FG for a LHBS recipe! I'm happy!

Just checked the gravity on my amber Belgian ale today. Bottling tomorrow.

1.010 BAM!

Used a 2 liter stater with an airlock. I know taboo but I said f*ck it and did it anyway.
Got really drunk on brewday. Don't remember finishing the beer. Thank goodness for the magical brew faeries!

Congrats, just remember what you did! The hardest thing starting out is nailing down your process
