Default What are these white patches on brew?

I am in the process of Bottling a Cream Ale. When I opened my bottling bucket today I found these white patches that were not there 2 days ago during my FG reading. Can anyone explain.

That's just yeast, it will stick to the sides as you draw the beer out.

Yes, I'd say it was yeast.
