The recipe database is for tried and true recipes only por favor. Please put these types of threads in the recipes/ingredients forum. That said, I don't know anything about coffee malt, but I would think with that coupled with your other dark malts, some may say you're going a little overboard with the dark malts. I, however, say bring it on.
