Crystal. It's got some of that citrus note, so it's not alien, but it's not so similar to the other hops. Works great with Columbus too.

Although Amarillo was the poll winner, I was a bit skeptical with this brew to go that route, so I went the safe route and went with columbus and centennial. They were the boil hops so I figured I wouldn't change the profile too much. I love the way columbus goes with rye malt, and I was worried about covering up that flavor by adding a third hop. I'll update this thread when I get a taste of it.
