Does priming with sugar add much more alcohol to the beer. My lager at the moment is up to 7.2% and I think that's all I want for now. I don't really want it to go higher. I'm worried that priming the bottles will give it a bit more alcohol.

The increase in alchohol is insignificant. The lack of carbonation if you don't prime is very significant.

Priming sugar is adding so little that it might afftect the content of a 5 gallon brew by like .03% or so... So little that you wouldn't notice...

And bear in mind that non-alcoholic beer is classified (I believe) as beer less than .5% alcohol, so that amount will not break the bank.
