Default Rubbermaid/Igloo HLT Modification

Yes I did a search for this first! I didn't really see anything I needed. So, here goes.... I want to add a sight glass and Thermometer to my round cooler setup. Anyone have a link that explains the 'how to' on this? Something with pics would really help. I currently have a 1/2" valve that tends to leak if its not in just right so I have concerns trying to add these two other things...

I have vessels, some contain beer.

Check out The Pol's sight on Thermometers & Sight Guages. It's a very informative sight all-around.
