This might be a silly question (lord knows i have a few) is there any benefit to racking to a secondary after a 3 week fermentation in a primary, and leaving it in the secondary for maybe 48 hours to get away from some of the krausen remenants...or should i just say screw it and rack to my bottle bucket and have at it....
