Local hbs has no torrified wheat. Only flaked wheat. I'm getting ready to brew up a batch. Should I use the flaked wheat or just skip it?

you could also use CaraPils for the same effect.

I used flaked wheat which also gives the same effect (I think). I just used a little more.
