I just got done putting my mead in a 6 gal carboy and now have tho play the waiting game so thought I might try a cider with a 5 gal carboy I have sitting empty. So here is my game plan:
5 gallons of store bought cider (not juice, cider that has been pasturized).
Wyeast 1056 (Washed yeast)
2lbs of brown sugar
Think this sounds about right?
