Default has anyone used distillers grain for beer?

how did it come out? what does it taste like?

"CMC Distillers Malt (1.4-2.1°L)Our distiller’s malt is made from Canadian barley, light in color and high in total extract."

i bets its just canadian 2 row pale barly malt, but i dont know for sure
