I have a book I used to use all the time, "Winemaking" by Stanley Anderson.
I made some nice fruit wines, berry ports and Muscat wines (I had 6 golden muscat vines in my back yard) with this book, but things have changed a bit, and chemicals are different now.
I am specifically looking for red wine recipes, and a good port recipe for my father's black muscat grapes.
Any help would be appreciated!
