My current 6gal batch is going great! By the way I really credit this forum site for keeping my patience with it and keeping my fingers out of it. hmhmhm... Anyway, I was thinking of mixing up 3-4 gallons in another fermentation bucket, getting it going, then racking out from that batch 3-4 seperate 1gal batches using some different recipes. I have another primary bucket that will hold 6 gallons. Can I use this size bucket for a 3 gallon batch? I want to experiment with some cinamon sticks, cloves, etc. Thanks for any replies.
maybe use from fruits too.
