Is there any bad effects that can come from moving the fermenter 2 days into pitching? I really need to for temp. reasons.

Shouldn't be in bad effects. Remove airlock to prevent suck back and don't splash it too much.

No problem at all.
In Process - Russian Imperial Stout, Nelson Sauvin Rye IPA, Mild No.3

In Kegs - Barley Wine, Apfelwein, Wild BlackBerry Wheat, Coffee Oatmeal Porter

Gone - so many :(

I've moved mine many times...for temp reasons also.
I go slow and make sure I don't splash and I haven't ran into any problems.

No problem unless you drop it.

There are only 10 types of people in this world. Those that understand binary, and those that don't.

Other than dropping it, no.
