Default Priming and Lagering together?

I'd like to prime my lager and have it ready to simply tap once I need it. After I rack it into the lagering tank can I prime it then and leave it at ferment temps for 1 week before cooling it down to lagering temps? This way I can simply add serving pressure when I need it ready?
