I have about 10# of two-row, 2# cara-pils, 1# victory, 50g of fuggles, 38g Northern Brewer, and 21g Saaz. I also have a cake of Nottingham that is just begging for more wort. Any suggestions?

You do realize you just named an ingredient list for something akin to a British mild or ordinary bitter right? Maybe minus the saaz.

I didn't realize anything... I know I could have brewed it as it, I had no idea what style of beer it would be. I know enough to make a beer, but not enough to be a snob about what kind it might be. Anyways, I just used a can of hopped extract, threw in the Saaz and some DME, and popped that on the cake. It should be able to be reused in a few weeks, and I'll be able to go with an ordinary bitter then. Unless I get more grains :P
