Just wanted to give some props to these guys. I ordered a self priming pump to move beer from my fermenter to kegs and to move cleaners around. THe pump arrived with a cracked (just slightly) plastic head cover. I tried to use it but it leaked a bit. I called Williams and they said no problem. The were out of the replacement part but they disassembled another pump, took the part off, and sent it to me immediately and I got it the next day. Awesome service I must say.

Thanks Williams Brewing.

I don't think they get mentioned enough in the threads of online HBS's, They are one of my favorites to deal with.
