Hi all. I am making a nice cider today.
28 Liters of apple cider from a local apple farm.
a little tub of honey from a local honey farm.
Store bought brown sugar. ( no sugar farm local :P )
Malt extract and some cooper yeast.
Any opinion or advice before i start? Like is there anything I am missing or should I go for it and see what happens? :P
I have been making beer for over a year but this will be my first cider.
