I made 11ish gallons of Denny's bourbon vanilla imperial porter. I was aiming for 70% efficiency and overshot that somehow, so I have two carboys full of 1.093 imperial porter. I do think I was pushing it though... Mash tun is a little full!

And here's the carboys, just for kicks.

Fly sparging was probably invented by someone who was pushing the limit on his/her mash tun.
