I had some pressed cider in the freezer, and had to pull it out to make space for some other things. I threw it in a sanitized bucket and put 1/4t of K-meta into it to stop any other yeast strains. I went away for the weekend and was going to pitch yeast tonight, but came home to find it starting to bubble.
I put a little more k-meta into it to stop what what going on, which it did, and am now wondering what to do. I was thinking about pitching yeast tomorrow and letting it go just to see what happens. What do you think? Any advice?
