What I wanna know is what kind of bags do you guys use? Can you just stick a tupperdor full in there?
I use Food Saver and vacuum seal as I figure the biggest danger is moisture crystallizing so getting as much ambient air out seems like a good idea to me. Don't know if I'm wasting time, but it makes me happy.

What temperature do you think the average freezer is?

Depends on if it is dedicated or part of a refrigerator. My chest freezers runs 14 F IIRC.

OK...Im going to freeze all my sticks for two days in my chest freezer. There is no sense in risking an entire humidor of good cigars...

BTW - I am now buying cigars at an irresponsible rate.

Ah, the dangers of good deals in the cigar industry, they seem so good that you jump on them and end up with all sorts of stuff you don't really like. The good thing is that there is always a deal going on so if you wait, you will eventually get what you want for a good price.

I have a 20 of the belicoso and for the price they are awesome I believe they are made by Aj Fernandez which makes a lot of "big" hit brands. I would reccomend getting it but let them rest for a good month before lighting up.

I've noticed. But I doubt anything I've bought so far will disappoint. I'm just looking to start a collection and get to know my likes/dislikes. I doubt I'll end up with something that not good enough to light up on the river bank and relax with my dog...

I did a little of that, but ran into having a collection of sticks I didn't care for. The good thing is as long as you aren't buying low end sticks they are great for bombing fellow BOTL's with. What I did eventually was took what I learned about my preferences and researched what sticks seemed to meet the criteria and then bought a bunch of singles to really find the ones I like...nothing sucks like having a 10-pack that you don't like when you have limited humi space .

I just realized what bombing was. You spend a lot of time on puff? What is your name over there?
