- Solid IPA which balances the bright floral tast of the Cascade hops with malt.
10# Pale 2 Row
1# Crystal 20
.5# Crystal 80
.5# Carapils / Dextrine
.5# Munich Malt
1 oz Chinook (14%AA) 60 Mins
1 oz Cascade (8.1%AA) 15 Mins
1 oz Cascade (8.1%AA) 5 Mins
1 oz Cascade (8.1%AA) Dry Hop
Mash Temp 158 Deg for 60 Minutes.
This is a solid IPA which was the first recipe I put together on my own. A balanced flavor, good color and cleared nicely in the bottle. It tasted better with a couple months in the bottle. This is the first recipe I would make a second batch of. Thanks for looking!
