Time. That's all it's going to need. One week isn't long enough to judge any beer, let alone one up in the 1.07+ range. A lot of bigger beers will need at least a month or two of conditioning before hitting their prime. In some cases you might even be shooting for closer to 6 months.
Put these bottles in a dark corner and don't check any more for at least another month. In the meantime, you should get another brew going
