Default Beer to water use for average brewery???

Never mind found it - beer to waste water ratio is 1 gallon of beer to 5 to 10 gallons of waste water.

It was in the book "Starting your own Brewery" - yup - cleaning. One of the things you have to check out before openign a brewery.
