I have used the carbonation sugar drops before which got me thinking about using candy to add carbonation and flavor, I was thinking about a cinnamon apple cider with maybe red hots or cinnamon drops of some sort. Anyone tried something like this?
Primary: English Cider, Orange Clove Mead, Persimmon Mead, Carrot Wine, Apfelwine
Bottled/Drinking: Coffee Vanilla Porter, Malted Cider, Dessert Mead

No, but I've had Jolly Rancher mead.

If you want cinnamon, tossing a couple sticks in the fermenter is the way to go.

Not sure if it was here or elsewhere, but I read about someone making candy cane mead every christmas.
