Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 6.9   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @63F   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 68F   
Tasting Notes: Yummy... Slightly hoppy with a hint of orange.   

5 lbs Wheat Malt, Ger (2.5 SRM) 48.19 %
3 lbs 8.0 oz. Pilsner (2 Row) (1.8 SRM) 33.73 %
1 lbs Vienna Malt (3.0 SRM) 9.64 %
6.0 oz Carawheat (66.0 SRM) 3.61 %
8.0 oz Rice Hulls 4.82 %
1.00 oz Mt. Hood [4.40 %] (60 min) (FWH) 13.3 IBU
1.00 oz Amarillo [9.30 %] (20 min) 12.6 IBU
1.00 oz Williamette [5.40 %] (5 min) 3.6 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.40 %] (Dry Hop 7 days)
0.25 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 min) Misc

Mash with RIMS system.
Dough-in: 2qts/lb 144F
Saacrification: 153F for 60 minutes.
Mash Out: 170F for 10 minutes.

Added some blackberry extract to the last 2 gallons. SWMBO loved it as did anyone else that tried it.
