So the other day I was valeting an event at a winery. When I walked around the back side of the building where they do all of the fermentation I could smell the sweet glorious smell of fermentation and they had a bunch of vats outside (I guess drying), I was in awe.
But then I saw it.... a rack taller than me, with 3 or 4 shelves full of glass 5 gallon carboys, all with little orange handles. The only thing I could think if for a while is all of the different recipes I could brew at once with those! I think I need help!
